How to reach us
The fastest way to reach the editors is through the contact form on this page. Attach screenshots if you can — a cashier error or a broken bonus is almost always easier to understand with a picture. If you prefer email, write to the editorial mailbox listed in the footer of every page on slots-of-vegas.net. We read messages in the order they arrive and we do not use external support software, so your note goes to a human the first time we open it.
Form
The contact form asks for your name (or a handle), an email where you can read a reply, a short subject line, and the body of your message. We do not require a phone number, a postal address, or a copy of any identity document. If you are reporting a withdrawal problem, include the date and the method you used; if you are reporting a broken bonus, include the code. Everything beyond that is optional and only helps us answer faster.
What we cannot help with
We are not the casino. We do not hold your balance, we cannot process a withdrawal, we cannot unlock an account, and we cannot escalate a KYC review. Those requests have to go to Slots of Vegas support — live chat and email through the operator's own cashier. What we can do is point you at the right link, record the pattern on our Complaints page if we are hearing it from more than one reader, and chase up with the operator's affiliate manager if something looks systemic.
Response time
Weekdays, we reply within one business day. On weekends and US public holidays replies wait until the next working day. If your message is about a withdrawal that is already in progress, do not wait for us — contact Slots of Vegas support directly, because they can act on the account in minutes while we cannot.
Media requests
Journalists, researchers and comparison sites can reach us through the same mailbox. Please state the outlet, the deadline and the specific question. We answer most press queries in one or two sentences and provide screenshots and source links when they are useful. We do not sell data, we do not share subscriber lists, and we do not accept paid guest posts.
